Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packaged in the original materials to prevent damage during the return transit.
Schedule Transportation
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture carriers to schedule a convenient time for the item to be collected from your home.
Inspection and Refund
After our artisans inspect the returned piece at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
